Hi, if you have paid already your order may not have been processed yet.
Refractive currently process orders manually during New Zealand office hours.
ATM it is just gone 8am Mon so perhaps soon. :)
Once it is processed you will receive an email with the details.

I see you are now a licensed customer because your name is now in purple so the order has probably just been processed and the email been sent.
