OctaneLive(TM) servers will be offline on Monday 19/12/11

Next week, on Monday 19 December 2011, our OctaneLive(TM) backend server systems will be offline for 4-6 hours.

Note that during the downtime you can still use OctaneRender in offline mode,
but you cannot activate or deactivate any licenses, or upgrade or downgrade versions.

Note that you must have version v1.0 beta 2.5+ to be able to use the software in offline mode.
(we recommend upgrading to the current stable v1.0 beta 2.52 version asap)


The planned downtime will be:

Timezone: New Zealand: NZDT - New Zealand Daylight Time UTC/GMT +12 hours / with daylight savings UTC/GMT +13 hours
* from 11:00 (11am)
* until somewhere between 15:00 (3pm) and 17:00 (5pm)

Timezone: Europe/Brussels: CET - Central European Time / UTC/GMT +1 hour
* from 23:00 (11pm)
* until somewhere between 03:00 (3am) and 05:00 (5am)

Timezone: New York: Eastern Standard Time / UTC/GMT -5 hours
* from 17:00 (5pm)
* until somewhere between 21:00 (9pm) and 24:00 (12am)

The server and website maintenance involves changes to our OctaneLive(TM) server system to accomodate sales and licensing of our upcoming plugin product range.
