Hi Barakooda, we did not plan support for Houdini but if a you want to open a forum to upload and share your exporter script, we just might place it under the plugin support and discussion forum and then you must be able to provide support your script :).

I think it will be good idea to open place for us becuase we can still share some ideas and common problems.
I started to write simple standalone obj converter and then in Houdin (as python node ) for Octane, but there are more problems then I tought well be.


What about Alembic file support ?

Hi,

Alembic is something far away on our development roadmap, we have more pressing features to finish first,
Until there is a propper, working houdini exporter, we cannot open a forum for it, as it may confuse people into thinking theree is one...
