Hi,

I´ve been having some troubles with the opacity of light planes...

I put some planes in my scenes to use texture emitter with IES lights...

But, when I use the opacity the "effect" of IES lights dissapears... But, still keep emitting light to my scene...

And when I go back the opacity and my planes back to be visible, the effects os IES lights appears again.

I put a image below for a example

Am I Doing something wrong?

I believe the problem lies with the fact that you uses an opacity map to make the circular lights simulate IES. The actual geometry shape will impact this the most. The only way to do this would to make the circular shape lights in your 3d app and put them in fixtures attached to the ceiling. Then you could load an IES file as a floatimage type into the efficiency/texture channel and edit the parameters to simulate the IES look.
