hi, it may not be your graphics card at all, try exporting a simple mesh first and then import this into octane and see if that works. if it does, it may have something to do with how the .obj is exported from your 3d app. there is a section in the manual that talks about recommended export settings. you can also try using an exporter script for the particular 3d application you are using to create your scenes, they can be accessed on the licensed customer forum

I disable the onboard video and active off the plate for the monitor, and when I do the same procedure, it is normal without any problems, I was told here in the forum only starting from version 2.52 is that there would be no incompatibility with the Intel graphics driver Nvidia and bought the license of 2.52 and to my surprise it still happens.

Can post a screenshot of the Cuda devices tab in the preferences dialog with your monitor attached to the on board graphics card?

It's weird because when they procure I disable onboard video and active board Gtx560 to monitor and carry a scene on the Octane, normal work, but when I use the motherboard's onboard video and video cards Gtx560 for octane, and carry the scene, nothing appears, the boards are working 100% normal, the image is nothing more strange, as I reported here in the forum that starting from version 2.52 would be compatible Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers.
