This looks better. you are on the right track so far. thanks for sharing your work.

Check out the post bout glass of milk, thats a good setting for teeth, it will give a ivory effect. Try a mixed material for the skin make a saturated version of your map and use it as subdermal skin, this will breakup the plastic look.

Add a bit more specularity to the eye surface they should look wet same as lips
