Torso 1 & 2 : Diffuse SSS with Directlighting (rendering time = 4 mins & 2 mins).
Torsos 3 = 33 mins with Pathtracing.

Edited: it appears to work just nicely if you connect floattexture to the transmission input of diffuse note. I stand corrected.
