Hi everyone,

Refractive Software LTD is proud to announce the availability of version 1.00 beta1 of Octane Render for Linux Operating Systems.

This release archive contains a complete illustrated PDF Manual of the software.
We recommend new users to read it carefully.

New Features & Changes

This new release has a manual, loading and saving of projects, saving the rendered image, an improved UI, 3d stereo rendering, and many fixes and enhanchements.

This is a commercial release, accessible to our licensed users who purchased a license.
We will release an updated DEMO version with load/save and save image disabled, on the weekend.

I'm not going to provide an actual promised release date,
as i'm not %100 sure, but we're working on it,
and it will be made available asap. I think within a few weeks.

Thanks for all the Octane Team for Linux Release..

It seems everything is going ok..

Only small problem with changing resolution during rendering..

most of other things working well..

Program seems to be little fast then last version..

All the best

Hi everyone!
Where can I download a demo version for Linux?
I'm ready to buy octane, but I want to try first.

there are no demos for linux for beta2, we did'nt make one of beta2 as there were a few problems with it, you will have to wait a couple of days until we release the beta2.1 update,
which will have a linux demo version.
