Light Animation - Texture emission, Help

Hello, I hope, you´ll help me. I want to do animation of car light when lights are turn on slowly and turn off slowly... in octane render or 3ds max, but I need render it in Octane... I can´t find any tutorial for this situation.
Can you give me some advice ?
