The fluid in the glass looks a bit odd, I don't know what do you think?
What was that recommendation on fluids in glasses, keep the fluids geometry slightly inside the glass?
And what IOR settings. Anyone?

I didn't do such renders before, but I read somewhere in the forum that the fluid needs to intersect a bit wit the glass. Not sure though.

You can leave a small space between the fluid and the glass, I just done a scene with wine glasses and red wine and when it intersects it caused weird display.
there was this long post some time ago about this, but I couldn't quite place it, but I do think that you had to leave a little "air" between them, so there could be a change in IOR, otherwise if they are on the same plane, either glass or liquid would give wrong depth to the specular material and it would look like a liquid inside a glass ball or an empty glass with a cap... not sure if I'm explaining myself. The other option was what Hmk said, but I'm not sure if that would give also a wrong IOR.

what hmk said is true. You have your glass with a certain thickness and your fluid which is all geometry. Your glass has an index of about 1.53 and liquid 1.33 same as water.
