I've been experiencing two strange problems since using version 2.52. :
1.- After having been working on a scene for a few hours without problems, I decided to go to sleep (I need that from time to time ...) so I saved the scene, still no problem. The next day when I want to load that same scene, I got that bad C++ error message (will try to grab a print screen next time) at the end the voxelizing process and I can't load the scene anymore... My only solution is to open version 2.46b and load that same scene. It opens like a charm (at the only condition that I've not been using the PMC kernel) and I can go on working on my scene, but I can never open it in version 2.52 again. I've been experiencing this issue with two different scenes. One solution would be, of course to never quit octane until the very final render is done (not very imaginable

) but any way this would lean me, sooner or later, to issue n°2
2.- Sometimes, when working with version 2.52, my pc freezes so I have to reboot (I've learned to save VERY often, now) and then (even if I can reload the scene) the pc crashes each time I try to change something, or after a few minutes of rendering. So, if I want to go on working with the scene, I have to switch to version 2.46b where I never experience this kind of problem. I've been checking the t° of mu GPU but it stays under 70° which seems to quite reasonable.
Maybe version 2.52 is much more 'ressources consuming' than previous versions, and that my gtx460 with 2Gb is a bit short, or maybe 4Gb Ram are not sufficient, or it's because I'm still using Windows XP 32 bits ... I don't know.
It's not a real problem because I don't rely on octane for professionnal work, just for hobby, but this situation stop me to definitely switch to last vesion. So, if anybody has a clue, ...
Oooops, I forgot to apologize for my bad english, I hope it's 'understandable' ...
