Have a computer with no case.
Cough at it, and have a GPU hit with an excrement from your mouth. Disgusting, but effective.. just a small amount of spit will do. It was right next to a small chip on the board.

Just did it, coughed at my computer and killed a 580gtx.. so easy.. I'll try returning it under warranty :| no visible signs

Well, spit is mostly water, so it's not a good idea to spit on circuits while they are under voltage 8-)

Good luck with returning it.

Well, my cat managed to "brick" a mobo. My box has the power button on the top, with a little lid that opens up to protect it. I was flashing the mobo, at that time that says "do not turn power off or else..." when my cat came jumping around (he was a little 6 month kitten) and jumped several times on the power button trying to get my attention (the lid was open) , and he did, surely, cause my face was a total love poem! it was not his fault, but since then when I play around with the insides of my PCs my cat is locked out from the room. You learn from your mistakes...

There was a bit of mucus mixed in :), I doubt they will notice anything only a short circuit - oh so much fun..
the point is a viral infection from a human actually caused a hardware failure on a computer - it can happen

Spit is mightier than a computer virus.
They should have made a warning sign "Attention do not spit at your graphics card"
