Got one issue
It's very well possible, that it doesn't run on Mac OS 10.7, since we haven' tested it there yet.
Did you follow the driver installation instructions, i.e. did you install the CUDA toolkit 4.0 and the CUDA driver for Mac?
Cheers,
Marcus

First thanks for the response so fast. Yeah I have the proper drivers. In fact the the other version of octane beta2.46 was working fine. When I got Lion though I had color picker issues in maya and in Animate. Two programs I use often. So I figured that could be a contributor. I know it brand new and I figured I would give you guys more time to figure it out.
Would you like the crash report or something to look at?

One more thing: Beta 2.46b was built for CUDA 3.0/3.2, while beta 2.52 is built for CUDA 4.0. Which toolkit have you installed and what is the version of the installed CUDA driver?Number28 wrote:First thanks for the response so fast. Yeah I have the proper drivers. Well, looks like reinstalling cuda tool kit again fix it. I did do it in a certain order though. Just for future people. You haft to make sure I get all the files from the previous version. In the octane preferences in the library. Which in lion is now hidden. and then reinstall the toolkit and then re-install the octane again. I thought about last night. Anyway thanks marcus. Sorry for the inconveniences you. Octane is working fine on OS X Lion now.
Thanks,
