Hey, I might participate this competition and it is a chance for me to learn more with Octane. The theme is very cool and maybe I have a chance to do something interesting. Congratulations to the organizers! and good look to everyone.

For an animation, is it okay to use animated image textures (i.e. flames, etc.)?

Of course, that's assuming Octane can use animated image textures and, if so, I'm capable of figuring out how to use them. I've never tried an animation with Octane, so this will be a huge learning curve.

So before I get too far down the wrong track... could someone tell me whether or not A) Octane can use animated textures and B) they're legal for the contest?

Thanks!

Hi All,

A bit late, but just added some additional prizes (4 Archinterior CDs from Evermotion) for the first 4 winning places.
