Nice graphic card:) What PSU do you have and what are other specs of your rig? I'm just curious if that card would work on my 600w OCZ PSU:)

you need to check how many amps makes your PSU.
is very important! for the GTX295 to 46 A.
Here is a description from XFX.

Minimum Power Supply Requirement:
680W or greater system power supply (with a 12V current rating of 46A)

friend bought a XFX GTX 260 (Black Edition), it requires 40 A (as written on the box), his PSU does not give so much and the video card just stops when he plays.
