Here my first reasonable octane rendering.

Modeld in Blender 2.59.
Rendering took about 02:45:00 for 2048x1024 Pixel on 2.49b PMC with my GTX 460.

Compliments and criticism are welcomed.

is the body of the player some sort of metal or plastic?

@t_3 -> The front and back are plastic, in the middle its powder-coated aluminum i think.

Just gotta say that if there is something Octane is very good at, it is bump mapping! Great render - very clean, I like it!
