SLI cable is not required for Octane.
Try to reinstall the newest driver from Nvidia.

if windows only sees one card something is wrong in that end. Check that the gpu that Windows can't see it's properly attached, and that all the power plugs are in place. If windows can't see them neither will Octane.

thanks a lot guys
i appriciate your interest to my problem
i looked at the manual of my mother board and effectivly there is a special slot reserved for sli card.
The asus PT6 SE have 3 slot reserved for nvidia cards but u need to put slot 1 and 3 for a dual sli, i did, slot 1 and 2.
But i can t confirm that s work cause i can t move my card yet (my hard disk block the slot 3 for now)

i ll the test maybe later cause now i m on production

i hope my reply could help others guys who have thios problem

thanks a lot guys, u do a great job

if you want to use them for Octane YOU CAN NOT SET THEM UP AS SLI, sli and cuda computing are mutually excluding, so don't put the sli cable and turn OFF in the nvidia control panel SLI in case it's on.
The first thing you have to check is if windows is seeing both gpus in the device panel, also check the nvidia control panel. If windows sees them, so should Octane, if not, do a clean install of nvidia drivers (at install choose custom install and in the preferences choose clean install) as Refracty suggested.
