Its not gonna be "that" different
It took time to write a custom UI, so when the UI is locked there's no reason to make another one
The current UI is already very good. Maybe there's gonna be changes in the texts and names to be more clean

it's mainly useability related, such as popup help / balloons, nodegraph editor reorganization, and swapping nodes. (also has empty slots in nodegraph editor)

What about Fresnel IOR control:) ? Sam wrote somewhere that would be realy nice if we could have that kind of control.

Yeah Fresnel is important
Because right now if you put a glossy mat at 0% reflective its still 100% fresnel reflective
Meaning if the camera get to a 90° angle its a perfect mirror, kinda bad for floors and walls :lol:
