This week you will be able to use all your GPUs to the full extent :)

Cheers,
Marcus

as always you guys deliver, I'm sure the new off-line mode will please many, but above all it just proves that you listen to the users and give us what we want and what we need, we octane-junkies, even thou sometimes we don't know we need it till you guys come up with a feature that we later crave for
Thanks, before Octane I just modeled or rendered mostly for work or learning, now I just do it for the fun of it, plus as I've said before, I've learn new 3D related skills, so I could render new things in Octane. Fun is doing what you love and getting paid for it!

I really need to stop checking the forums every 5 seconds for the latest release....Can the octane team send out emails to the licensed customers when a new version is out? that would be awesome.

We do send out mails to customers whenever we release a new commercial version in the commercial news & releases forum,
we don't want to spam customer's mailboxes for every test release in the release candidates forum though...
So for major new commercial releases, we do send mails.

A RSS feed can solve this "checking for update" problem for me also! :D

I don't think anybody will feel offended if you send out a notification after a minor release.
When the user can check a box to be informed via e-mail after new releases then there should be no arguments.

The weekend is near. I hope the new release is comming to light soon.

I agree. I understand the Octane team's consideration and appreciate it. That being said, putting the ball in the user's court vi a simple mailing list option for minor releases would avoid any potential blame.
