I am learning about maya's shatter script and used octane to render it out. took about 1.3 hours to render out (2400 samples) (160 frames)
used material from db

Windows 8.1 | i7 950 | GTX 780ti | 24gb ddr3

Cool, but the physics are too bouncy imo
