I installed the software on Mac Pro and when I import a model into Octane It gives me a warning:
failed to initialize CUDA Driver.

I had something similar but it was on Windows, the solution was to update the graphics card drivers. I don't know how you do that on MacOS.

When I export a scene from maya to Octane I still get this warning:
my os is:
mac osx 10.6.6
NVIDIA GeForce GT 120
I installed this drivers:
cuda driver 3.2.17
cudatoolkit 3.2.17
Windows 7 64 bit | 2x NVIDIA GTX580 | 24GB Ram
look at the console and past here the octane crash report. maybe someone can help you
