Hi,
I'm a new Octane user. I'd like to combine 2 (or more) .obj file in one unique scene. Is it possible?
Thank you very much!

Not at the moment. You have to make sure all of the objects in your scene are in the OBJ. If you want to add/remove/change objects in the OBJ that's fine, Octane keeps the materials (unless you change the materials in your 3d package).

Also, whenever you make a change to the OBJ you can quickily re-import it at the top of the attribute panel (right side of UI) with a button that looks like an up arrow and a box.
