good start...
its one of the good exterior renders i have seen..
maybe road is a bit too glossy, and the alpha-tree near the car needs some rotation (and maybe ligting up those lamps would also help)..
but i like the overall effect/color scheme...

It looks really good, the building looks great and stands out well.
Some minor comments:
• Shouldn't the street lights be on considering the darkness?
• The size of the car appears to be the height as the entrance to the building? (its a big car granted but not that big lol)
• Too clean even for a new building. The thumb size view looks great but the 'too clean' feel stands out at the larger resolutions.
• The road is very glossy (even for a wet road), but what strikes me more is that its very even. Breaking up the glossiness will make it appear more realistic.

The people in those offices must have to wear shades the whole time. Those lights are way too bright.
