New octane 2.44 dosen't work

Hello everyone, I downloaded the newest version 2.44, I runed it and, as always, i get an error message " can't determin Internet connection " octane stops right there , in older versions although I had that same message, by clicking ok, octane worked just fine. I tried uninstalling it and deactivate my live license. Sorry for my English. Thanks in advance. You can see an older topic of mine I think I named it "new octane docent work" or something like that.
