wrong north offset

There is something wrong with north offset. Sun is raising. It shouldn't.
Also I found that when I am in time zone for example GTM +2, i have to input GTM -2 in octane. I think, it is wrong.
And ruler for north offset should be 0°-360°, not 0-1.

Yeah, That was reported in another threat but I did't put such a great example, Marcus please fix this too.
BTW I think the ruler for north offset should be -180º to 180º being 0 the south-north heading.

Thank Radiance,

and when you will be investigate / fix it, you maybe could increase ruler for turbidity more then 16 for possibility scene could be more cloudy, and time ruler split for hour a minutes separately.
