How to save finished renders

Hi - I have just installed the demo version. How do I save the finished renders? Or, are they automatically saved to a folder? Thanks.

welcome to the community! :)
in the demo version, the images cannot be saved.
its possible in licenced version only..

(ofcourse you can do printscreen or use win7 'snipping tool' to capture screen image..)
