yes it is, and whole planet earth is using thair cracked software !

When I say Adobe is less painful, I mean it is not less efficient than the Octane one, I mean the activation works straight away.

Do you mean, right mouse button on the download link and "Save Link as..." doesn't work for you? How did you try to download the version?

that's the main place i've been looking. i just downloaded and unzipped the cuda 3.2 link; is that the new build buried in that zip? pretty obscure if it is.
