Hi,

when i try to launch the last version of Octane, i get the following message:

We had trouble to fetch your preferences. If this persists, please contact [email protected]

Hello, I have the same problem, sent a mail to support yesterday, but no response so far.
I'm using demo version, but want to use full as soon as possible
