this is a scene that we are working here at napalmstudio, the character was modeled by Marcell mota e and the background by me. We want to make a stereo video, the stero is working, the most normalmap map too, but only at the arms theres a error!!

it looks like the usual sunlight artifact. Octane lacks a shadow offset parameter, right now the arm is sorta self-shadowing, hence the artifact. Subdivide the mesh as high as possible to at least reduce the artifact's size. I believe that, other than that, it should not have nothing to do with the normal map.
If this is animation, you should value if it's noticeable at all in movement.

thanks, now it's better, But jus fixed when i change the skin material to glossy, but with more glossy material more fireflies.
