A way to transfer other maps to Octane, beside diffuse one?

Is there a way to transfer a normal map and others from 3ds max to Octane, the same way the diffuse map is transferred? It's a bit tedious to reconstruct materials in Octane. Would be great if it open a dialog at least, asking about other textures.

The obj file format don´t support normals maps.

yes, I know. And it's a big disadvantage since it's often quicker to render things in host application, 3ds max in my case, then in Octane with all the time spent for materials re-creation.
We need a kind of automatized process, maybe an auto search that would collect images with a specific naming and put them in corresponding slots automatically.

I want more, not kidding, I want instances, I want to interact with my creations so on.
