Cream Material?

First I want to say hello every one since this is my first post ever here.

I would like to make a cream like material, where should I start?

in the material contest thread there is a cool bear foam material, check it out

I think milk/marble/cream/skin are all shaders that benefit a lot from Sub Surface Scattering - as far as I know that's not in Octane, well I've never seen a setting for it anyway :(
