12 gb Corsair 1600 DDR3 RAM
850 watts Zalman with 80+ MOD PSU
80 GB OCZ SSD (boot drive)
1TB WD SATA 6.0 hard drive (data)
Running on windows 7
Can you suggest if I need to upgrade some other parts?

I guess windows is x64 otherwise you couldn't use all that ram. Your setup is more than fine for octane. Just make sure you have enough ventilation inside the box and it should all run sweet.
