as Im still running 32-bit OS and my VRAM already takes away from my 4GB (which is already a subset of my physical 6GB eheh) - I dont think I'll be gettin a card with that much VRAM - - im probably going to get one of those 470ti's soon though

I wonder if the 3GB will get split between the two GPU's giving you no more vram than you would get with a single GPU card with 1.5GB vram.
If that is the case I would rather have two of the 580 cards with 3GB vram each. :)
