I found this scene for free in the net and wanted to give a try to octane in a semi real case
New materials and a little camera retouch from the original

One thing you might want to do is saturate the outdoors texture just a bit. At the moment it looks very washed out. But apart from that a great job!:)

Nice result, you could go into the file and add more texture mats though
