Hello,

I'm having trouble to get same results between the viewport, MPLAY and After Effects while using OCIO with .exr, is there any workaround that I could follow ?

Thank you in advance

Hi remKa,

Thank you for the post.

Are you using the native OCIO configs in Houdini and After Effects or your custom config?
OctaneRender for Houdini IPR can render both HRD and LDR tone mapping, maybe check which one you are using in IPR.
Please DM me the render results or reach us at `[email protected]`?

Please also check if you have the `Adobe Color managed` as default in Project settings.
One thing we can try is loading the same Houdini configs in After effects or the external config from the AE project settings.
Houdini config is saved under this path `C:\Program Files\Side Effects Software\Houdini 22.0.459\packages\ocio`
or match the AE color engine to OCIO color managed.

Let us know if this fix the issue!!

cheers
Kind Regards
