Octane Render crashes.

Hello. I don’t know what is causing the problem or what is interfering with Octane Render, but a cleanup/uninstall program accidentally removed my Octane standalone installation, even though it was activated.

After that, there was apparently nothing related to Octane left on the system. I tried reinstalling and launching Octane again, but now I get this error.

When I click “Save Log”, nothing happens. The button does not respond. It may actually save the log somewhere, but I have no idea where to find it.

Are you able to run OctaneBench?

If not, something is not working in Nvidia drivers.

The benchmark launches, but OctaneRender crashes on startup.

The problem occurred after I cleaned up my computer. For some unknown reason, a cleanup/uninstallation program affected OctaneRender and removed it, even though I had not deactivated my license.

After that, I reinstalled OctaneRender Standalone, but the application crashes on startup and displays an error.

At the same time, the license deactivation button is no longer available in my OctaneRender account.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue and restore OctaneRender to working condition?
