Seedance 2.0 “Insufficient Credits” Error Despite Available Balance

Hello OTOY Support,

I’m having an issue when trying to run the Seedance 2.0 node in OTOY.

My account currently shows 2,129 credits available, but when I try to generate a Seedance 2.0 video, the node fails with the message:

“Failed to execute node – Insufficient credits.”

The generation cost shown for the job is only 112 credits, so my current balance should be enough to run it.

My account is currently on the Free tier, so I’m not sure whether there is a restriction on using these credits with Seedance 2.0, or whether this is a billing/credit synchronization issue.

Could you please check:

Whether my 2,129 credits are valid for Seedance 2.0
Whether there is any restriction on the Free plan
Whether there is a problem with my credit balance or account
What I need to do to run Seedance 2.0 successfully

I can also provide screenshots showing my credit balance, Seedance 2.0 cost, and the error message.
