Octane Studio + not activating with new router.

Just changed service provider. New router working fine but Octane now not activating in Lightwave 2025.0.3. (WIN 10)
Tried the usual things, disabled firewall, virus protection, VPN.
Unlocked Licenses on Otoy page. Router has static IP and no restrictions.
Deleted 'otoy_credentials' file. Uninstalled and reinstalled Octane plugin.

Anyone had this issue? Any suggestions?

Thanks for the post.

The issue might be the Lw 2025.03 is not compatible as our release build is for LW 2025.0.4.
Would you please try upgrade to 2025.0.4 and see if it resolves?
