Chaos shuts down PhoenixFD 
After more than 25 years in the 3ds Max ecosystem
and as a reliable tool for creating visual effects, the company behind this plugin sent out an email in early April announcing the discontinuation of Phoenix.https://youtu.be/nZXQI6m6no8
No further feature development is planned;
Compatibility updates will not be released;
Bug fixes will not be released;
Security updates will not be released.
As of today, 3ds Max users are left with only FumeFX and tyFlow.
Probably users are stuck on the platforms 3ds Max 2026 and Maya 2026
