How to export a denoised beauty?

Can someone help me and explain how to export out a tiff or png denoised beauty? I was always able to get this in the past, and somehow I can't figure this out anymore.

I have tried to use classic render pass option.

I have also tried the file>new>octane startup (denoise and compositor) file.

I only see the noisy output on disk.

If anyone could share a file or screenshots of a simple working setup, I would be so grateful.
