Hi everyone,
I’m curious how the different Nvidia RTX 50-series GPUs scale in performance relative to each other for rendering with Octane (through Cinema4D). Are the performance gains between models (e.g. RTX 5060 (Ti), 5070 (Ti), 5080, 5090) roughly linear, or are there bigger jumps at certain tiers?
Is there a 'best bang for your buck'-card in the 50 series where I could buy 2 for and beat a more expensive card?
Thanks in advance!

You may find the OctaneBench results page useful when comparing the performance of various GPU models.
Here is a search for individual RTX 5xxx series GPU average scores:

Thank you very much!! I did not find this info myself. I'm buying a system at https://fenn.systems and they can arrange a second GPU if I want to..hellguy wrote: Tue Mar 03, 2026 12:52 am You may find the OctaneBench results page useful when comparing the performance of various GPU models.
