Standalone 2025.4 ( I have to run this version as anything higher will not launch since the launching method changed heading to 2026)
I have loaded a few very large abc files. 7-21GB
Both do not render the abc all the way. As I scroll though the timeline it will be blank unless I make a big enough time jump. e.g at 10 frames it is loaded if I go to 13 it will not load. If I go to 30 it will.
When I render out the batch some will render with no abc except where I went to that particular time frame to view it. e.g if I went to 30 and it loaded before I batch then it will render but 34 etc will not.
It is like the abc is not cache-ing before rendering each frame.
Looked in the preferences for import abc and did not see a feature to "load before render" etc.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
Peter

Will do Beppe
I hate to admit it but I think it may be a case of "time for a fresh install of windows Peter!" Too many little things that do not usually happen with octane for it to be an octane thing.
I am just putting it off cause I can get done what I need most of the time :>)) and I hate rebuilding a fully put together system :>))
Have a good one mate
