MRQ rendering support for stills and animation with and without unreal's postprocessing effects as an important quality-of-life update considering sequencer's legacy renderer is deprecated and MRQ is a much better alternative

I’ve been using MRQ for a while now, and honestly, it’s such a relief compared to the old sequencer renderer. The results look smoother and cleaner, kind of like when I switched from random movie apps to Youcine: https://youcinee.com.br/, Flits,... — everything just felt more streamlined. Unreal really made rendering a lot less painful this time.
