octane not loading - Error:Operation timed out...

Both my C4D 2024 and C4D 2025 suddenly throw up this error and octane fails to load

Error:Operation timed out after 8001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

I restated c4D then the machine and router but no success.

the Otoy site says there is no downtown on the subscription server but this is odd

Please advised as I now cannot work

Getting the same issue on c4d 2025.3.1, 2025.3.3 and 2026.0.0. I've reinstalled Octane (1.7.1 2025.3) as well as installed the latest Nvidia studio drivers with clean install, and still getting the issue

There was an issue with Activation server on Friday that has ben solved the same day.
