The noise in the render gets static suddenly...

Hello, I have got problem with noise in the rendered animation, it has never happened to me before. The noise gets static just right when the camera stops moving in the animation... I know this just should not happen so where is something I might be missing? I have the very latest version of Octane installed. Please help.

Since you don't have any changes on scene content, plugin is not calling restart of render. And using previous render buffer. Make a small animation which causes restart of rendering on the frames.
