I asked the same question and was told that I can subscribe for 199e and use all the plugins then after 1 year im back to v4 base or subscribe for 499e and after 1 year i will be on 2020 base.
So in order to keep using Octane you will pay 199e each year.
Hi Simon,
Upon installation this latest version (OctaneRender_Enterprise_2020_2_3_win) is not showing access to the Octane portion .
Specifically, there are no Octane options showing in the edit drop down menu which would allow/show access.
Works correctly on my other computer (3090Ryzen).
Can you please advise?
Thank you
So I just upgraded to Studio 2025 today and I'm having some issues with the plugin for Carrara. When I run Octane Standalone, the program sees the GPU processors and cores as expected and allows me to select them as rendering devices. However, when I access Octane through the Carrara plug-in, the GPUs are registered, but the memory is not available on either card. I cannot select the cards for use for rendering, for some reason I can only use them for denoising. I have attached an image of my situation. I have also included my system specs. Thanks, Sighman!
