Hi Braca, Thank you for the files..

We require the ones from the user temp folder..

Please check the Local\temp and share the *.log file and *.dmp when Maya crashes..

cheers
Kind Regards

I've seen the .log file Braca posted before editing the post: that file indicated the crash happened deep inside the Octane-engine library, not in the plugin binaries. So this crash is nothing to do with the plugin, can't be fixed on the plugin side unfortunately.

But I could still investigate the possible reason or steps-to-reproduce to report it to the engine team, if I knew the exact context when this happened (the scene opened, possible render mode running, etc etc, everything could matter), plus the exact step by step sequence of what was done before the crash happened. Most likely this should be reproducible with the same scene context and actions-sequence repeated...

Will try to do so. Crash mostly happens while running viewport and doing some material changes in hypergraph. But mostly i don't even have the maya crash file, it just turns off. That's why I was not sure which file to upload.

Try to disable all the node-previews in Octane settings, as Bikram suggested here. And see if this crash would still happen...
