I have eye textures on two planes and those planes intersect with the head mesh.

In opacity, the alpha (black) is removed, however the lines where the planes intersect with the head mesh still remain. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

I would try to mask the edges with a circular gradient.

I adjusted that parameter and it did indeed help, it now looks the same as in the physical render.
