Hi all,

Is there a way to update an OBJ that I've saved to my LocalDB in Octane Render Standalone?

I love having Mesh items, with their materials all worked out, that I can drop into a scene, but I have not figured out how to update those OBJs. When I click 'Reload Mesh' Octane just want to update its own reference of the OBJ and not the original file anymore.

Thank you in advance for any insight!

I believe they are packed. So you have to unpack them first (File/Unpack package).

Hi,
have you tried to use the "Load new mesh" command, instead of "Reload mesh"?
