Octane 2023.1.1 our team has encountered the same issue - every single render has a small stripe at the bottom that seems to be resistant to denoising. It is manageable with one or two renders but when we have animations or render out 28 different product visualizations it is getting very time consuming to fix it by hand in Photoshop :/ It is happening on different hardware configurations so we assume this must be something related to the plugin itself. Please help! ;)

Please upgrade c4doctane to 2023.1.1 version, the issue has been already solved:
